Schedule Types Play Video

Categorising your Schedules by the type of work they represent will help you order your work and make it easier to find, select and compare similar jobs.

The Type is often used as a means of filtering screen tables and reports. It can be changed using the Properties form.

Key Features

  1. Up to 20 user-defined Types may be used (maintained in Preferences)
  2. A dedicated table selector means you can instantly view Schedules of a specified Type in mutliple Views
  3. Useful for comparing similar jobs

The Type range for your company should reflect the type of work undertaken (the Types supplied are suggestions only)

Set the appropriate Schedule Type for the current project in the Properties form

Tips

  1. Use the Type selector and the sort feature together to view similar jobs sorted in a meaningful order (e.g. m2 price)
